Coach, Educator and Facilitator

Enabling and activating systemic solutions for wellbeing and young people.

Potentialising children & young people, parents, communities and schools across Design Thinking, Coaching, Food and Health in person and virtually.

My work integrates Developmental Attachment Psychology, the Design Thinking mindsets and framework for inner and outer innovation, Social and Emotional Health, Natural Food and Health, Coaching and more.

Whether working directly with children and young people, or adults, I use a relational approach to expand growth, embodied learning and flourishing and cultivate the conditions for expression, connection and human potential to unfold.

I am a core team member of The Hague Center for Global Governance, Innovation & Emergence and part of the steering group for the Wellbeing Development Goals Initiative.

I have worked as Lead Facilitator with the Barrier Breakers Foundation holding workshops for hard to reach adolescents.
